ADD SCHOOLS TO YOUR LICENSE

If you are a current SMA licensee and want to add a member institution to your license, please e-mail your request to newschool@smaworks.com.  Please provide the following required information.

• Institution and/or request your product you want added to your license

• Customer order information, including: 

        Product type (shirts, koozies, lanyards, headwear, etc.)
        Quantity
        Approximate sale $
        Customer contact information
        Name (person who placed the order)
        Location (bookstore, retailer, online vendor, etc.)
        Production and ship dates
        Previous history with institution, if any
        Any other pertinent information to support your request 

The institution will be contacted for permission to extend licensing to your company, and if approval is given, an addendum will be e-mailed to you with instructions.
